How much is shipping?

How long do orders take to ship?
Orders are always shipped the next business day after payment is made. You will receive a confirmation number and tracking number as soon as it is generated.
Do I need to pay for shipping insurance?
No, all packages include insurance automatically.
What is PayPal Credit?
PayPal Credit is a line of credit that gives you the flexibility to pay for your purchase now, or pay over time. It’s easy to apply and easy to use. Select PayPal Credit at checkout to have the option to pay over time. Qualifying purchases could enjoy no Interest if fully paid in 6 months on purchases of $99+. This is an agreement you make with PayPal — Royal Designer Finds is not involved but accepts PayPal Credit as a payment option.
Are orders returnable or exchangeable?
All items are 100% guaranteed authentic, as well as checked and verified of any imperfections prior to selling them. Description of each item and detailed pictures are provided to the customers in advance, and we are happy to provide any additional pictures or videos if requested. All sales are final. If an order is requested to be cancelled before it is shipped out, a 5% listing fee is deducted from the full refund. If something happens during the time you own the item, please refer to the designer’s warrantee for options. Please ensure you enquire with the specific designer to learn about their warrantees so you know what your options are if you ever need to repair it due to normal wear and tear.
Shipping
We will not be liable for delays in shipment for any cause, nor shall any delay entitle you to cancel any order or refuse delivery after it has shipped.
All goods are suitably packaged for transit purposes. If package arrives damaged, you must notify me within 48 hours in order to start the claim process. Please hold on to the item and box it came in until you receive instructions for next steps.
If a package fails to be delivered, please be aware our insurance provider requires 21 days in order for them to investigate and attempt to locate the missing package.
Custom Duties
When a package ships internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country. Royal Designer Finds must comply with laws and regulations of the country of destination. The buyer is responsible for paying customs duties on receipt of the package. Quoted pricing does not include any federal, state or local taxes, assessments or duties.
Which brands do you sell?
Gucci, Versace, Burberry, Valentino, YSL, Prada, CELINE, Tom Ford, Givenchy, Balenciaga, Tory Burch, Kate Spade, Chloe, Ferragamo, and Jimmy Choo. Royal Designer Finds is not affiliated with any of these brands.
Is it possible to place orders outside the sale days and times?
If you like something on my site, please contact me. Usually I only sell during the designated days and time, but I can make an exception for special orders.
Is there any way to buy an item that sold out?
It varies. Please contact me and I will do my best to find it for you. You can also click on the item and sign up to get notified when the item is back in stock!
What’s the difference between a normal order and a preorder?
A normal order are items that I have on hand. Preorders are generally used for items that require sizing: belts, shoes, shirts, etc. I will place the order for your item once your payment is made for the preorder. Preorders will ship out within 1 week of your payment.
How are you able to get such great deals?
I work countless hours talking to sales associates and looking for amazing deals at trustworthy designer stores, outlets, and major department stores. Because of my long term relationships and high buying volume, I’m offered these opportunities and they contact me when there are must have deals.
